Q. Can I choose specific sizes or colors to order?
A. No. We work to create pre-packs for customers with a variety of sizes and colors to present a good assortment.

Q. What’s the difference between Plus Size and Jr Plus?
A. The difference is the Plus Size is a bigger cut of a missy item, where the Jr Plus is a bigger cut of a Junior item.

Q. Can I change my password?
A. Yes. All you have to do is click on “Clients Click Here to Edit Account Information”, just log in and it will take you to your information where all you have to do is change the password portion. Or if you just forgot it you can click on Forgot My Password and it will send your password to you via e-mail.

Q. Why am I having trouble viewing the side menu?
A. You need to update your java client. Go to www.java.com and follow the steps. Then reboot your computer and you should be able to view it.

Q. Can I buy just 1 or 2 pieces, or do I have to buy a prepack?
A. You must purchase a prepack.
